Ship Fairy Express, LLC (“Ship Fairy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Ship Fairy shipping platform at https://shipfairyexpress.com(the “Service”).

Ship Fairy helps users create shipping labels, manage shipments, access discounted carrier labels, and manage e-commerce shipping workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.

We believe privacy matters. Ship Fairy does not sell your personal information. We collect and use information only as necessary to operate our shipping platform, provide customer support, process transactions, improve our services, maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. When you create an account, purchase shipping labels, connect integrations, or communicate with Ship Fairy, we may collect personal and business-related information necessary to provide the Service.

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, business or store name, billing address, account credentials, and account preferences.

In order to generate shipping labels and fulfill shipments, we may collect sender and recipient names, shipping and return addresses, package dimensions and weight, shipment contents, delivery instructions, customs information where applicable, and shipment tracking history.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Ship Fairy does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. However, we may receive limited billing-related information such as billing names, billing addresses, transaction identifiers, payment status, and invoice or subscription details.

If you contact customer support or communicate with Ship Fairy, we may collect support messages, feedback submissions, email correspondence, survey responses, chat communications, and any files or screenshots voluntarily submitted to us.

2. Google & Third-Party Authentication

Ship Fairy may allow users to sign in through third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple in order to simplify account access and improve security.

When you choose to authenticate through a third-party provider, Ship Fairy may receive certain account information associated with that provider, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. This information is used solely for purposes related to authentication, account creation, account management, platform security, and maintaining your access to the Service.

Ship Fairy does not sell information obtained through third-party authentication providers and does not use this information for unrelated advertising or profiling purposes.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke Ship Fairy’s access to your third-party authentication account at any time through your account settings with the applicable provider. Revoking access may limit or disable certain features of the Service until authentication is restored.

In order to provide shipping-related services, Ship Fairy works with third-party shipping carriers, logistics providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, and other service providers that help us operate the platform.

When users create shipments or purchase shipping labels through Ship Fairy, certain shipment-related information may be shared with shipping carriers and logistics partners as necessary to fulfill deliveries, provide tracking updates, calculate rates, process labels, comply with carrier requirements, and support shipping-related services. Depending on the shipment, this information may include sender and recipient details, shipping addresses, package information, customs information, tracking information, and other shipment-related data.

Ship Fairy may also work with third-party providers that support authentication, payment processing, hosting infrastructure, analytics, customer support, communications, ecommerce integrations, fraud prevention, and platform operations. These providers are authorized to access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect such information.

In addition, users may choose to connect third-party platforms or integrations to their Ship Fairy account, including ecommerce marketplaces, storefronts, or other business tools. Information shared with or received from those third-party services is subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Ship Fairy does not sell personal information to third parties.

If you request deletion of your account, Ship Fairy will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable timeframe, unless retention of certain information is required or permitted by law, necessary for fraud prevention or security purposes, required to complete outstanding transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with financial, tax, carrier, or legal obligations.

In some cases, residual copies of information may remain in backup systems or archived records for a limited period of time before being securely deleted.
