How do I create a shipping label?

Go to Create Label in the sidebar. Enter your recipient's address, choose your package details, select a shipping rate, and complete payment. Your label will be ready to download immediately after.

What is the difference between free pickup and paid pickup?

Free pickup is included with certain carriers and service levels — the carrier picks up your package during their regular route. Paid pickup lets you schedule a specific pickup time at an extra cost. Availability depends on your carrier and location.

How do refunds work?

You can request a refund from the Shipments page by clicking Refund on any eligible shipment. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Labels must be unused and within the carrier's refund window (usually 30 days).

How do I track my shipment?

Once your label is created, your tracking number is visible on the Shipments page. Click Track on any shipment to view live carrier updates. You can also use the Track Package tool on the dashboard.

How do I edit or cancel a shipment?

Labels cannot be edited after purchase, but you can request a refund for unused labels. If your shipment hasn't been picked up yet, you may be able to void it through the Shipments page.
